Procedure and method for the destruction of personal information

Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them

Membership registration for children under 14 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "children") is carried out through a separate form written in plain expressions that are easy for children to understand, and the consent of the legal representative is always obtained when collecting personal information.

In order to obtain the consent of the legal representative, LEEPEEM Plastic Surgery collects minimal information such as the legal representative's name and contact information from the child, and obtains the consent of the legal representative in accordance with the methods stipulated in the personal information handling policy.

A child's legal representative may request to view, correct, or delete the child's personal information.
